James Bower

James Bower is an experienced professional in business collections and customer management, currently serving as the Acting Business Collections Manager at AGL since January 2015. In this role, James manages Business Collection teams handling various types of business customers and their disputes. James previously held the role of Business Collections Team Lead, where a significant focus was on creating an engaged workforce and implementing process improvements to enhance cash collections and reduce debt. As Affordability Team Leader, James led a team dedicated to managing customers with high debt levels, ensuring compliance with regulations while addressing customer situations compassionately. Prior experience includes managing the Energy Consumer portfolio as a Senior Functional Analyst and overseeing key business accounts as a Customer Relationship Manager.
