John Stanhope is a Non-executive Director at AGL. John has had a long and successful career in finance, starting at Telstra in 1967 and working their way up to become a finance executive. John then left Telstra in 2011 to join AGL Energy Limited, where they worked for two years before moving to their current role. Stanhope has also been involved with the Port of Melbourne, Deakin University, the Melbourne International Jazz Festival, and the Bionics Institute.
