Kate Barnes

Kate Barnes is an experienced professional in the field of Human Resources and People & Culture. Currently serving as a People & Culture Business Partner at AGL since May 2024, Kate has previously held the position of HR Business Partner at Kathmandu from August 2021 to May 2024. Additional experience includes roles at RACV between February 2016 and August 2021, where Kate served in various capacities, including Consultant Business Partnering and Organisational Capability Coordinator. Prior to RACV, Kate worked as a Team Coordinator at HR Partners - a Randstad company from April 2014 to February 2016 and volunteered as a People and Change Administrator at Cancer Council Victoria in 2013-2014. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management from Swinburne University of Technology and a High School Certificate from Beaconhills College.
