Maria Seljak

Maria Seljak is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data management and analytics. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Data Platforms at AGL Energy since March 2020, Maria leads a team of Data Engineers and Business Analysts, having successfully implemented a data warehouse and analytics platform to foster a data-led culture within the organization. Prior to AGL, Maria held the position of Business Intelligence Manager at McMillan Shakespeare, where a modern data and reporting platform was developed and launched. Earlier roles at Specsavers included Data Manager, Senior Technical Consultant, Support Services Manager, and others, where Maria showcased leadership in managing teams and delivering critical data solutions. Educated with a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Psychology from the University of Derby, Maria combines technical expertise with a strong focus on collaboration and operational excellence.
