Natasha Holliday

Natasha Holliday is an experienced professional in human resources, currently serving as the People Partner and People Advisory Centre Lead at AGL Australia since March 2019. With previous roles at carsales.com.au as a People & Culture Business Partner and as an HR Consultant at DT, Natasha also held significant positions at Australia Post as HR Manager, where responsibilities included establishing the HR agenda for a new business. Prior HR leadership experience was gained at Wincanton and DHL, where Natasha managed operational HR strategies and facilitated change management programs across distribution centers in the UK. Natasha's career began at Exel Plc as an HR Officer, supporting a large workforce in a shared services environment. Educational qualifications include a Chartered Institute of Personnel Management degree in Human Resources Management and a BA (Hons) in Business Administration and Human Resource Management from Keele University.
