Peter Ellerington

Peter Ellerington is a highly experienced professional in the energy sector, currently serving as a Senior Plant Controller at AGL Energy since January 2019. Previous roles include Powerhouse Operator at Alcoa and Plant Operator at CS Energy. Peter has a long tenure at GDF SUEZ, where responsibilities as a Unit Controller were held for over 26 years. Additionally, Peter managed a business in child restraint fitting and auditing from 2009 to 2013. Peter began a career as a Chemist with the State Electricity Commission of Victoria. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Applied Science from Monash University Gippsland and a Higher School Certificate in Science from Morwell High School.
