Rachael Koffel

Rachael Koffel is a Principal Experience Design Researcher at AGL since September 2022, with previous roles including Design Research Lead at Next - Reece Group and Design Research and Insights at Trout Creative Thinking™. Rachael has experience in academia, serving as a Design Lecturer at the Centre for Design Innovation from July 2015 to October 2019, and as a Guest Lecturer at Swinburne University of Technology from March 2016 to September 2017, focusing on design research methods. Rachael holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Design from Swinburne University of Technology, alongside an International Exchange Semester at San Francisco State University in 2012-2013, and a Bachelor's Degree in Communication Design (Honours) from the same institution, completed in 2013.
