Suzi Potter

Suzi Potter is a highly experienced legal professional currently serving as a Senior Corporate Lawyer for Major Projects & Energy Hubs at AGL since October 2024, on secondment from Ashurst Reach. Previously, Suzi held various roles at Venterra Group from September 2021 to September 2024, including Acting Legal Manager – Build, Deputy General Counsel, and General Counsel and Company Secretary. From July 2012 to July 2021, Suzi worked as Legal Director - Corporate and Senior Legal Adviser at Petrofac. Earlier experience includes serving as Legal Counsel at Canamens Energy, Senior Associate at Clifford Chance LLP, Associate at Freehills, and Associate at Middletons now K&L Gates. Suzi Potter holds a combined Arts/Law degree from the University of Melbourne, obtained from 1995 to 2000.
