Vishal Saxena

Vishal Saxena is an experienced professional in service delivery and application support, currently serving as Service Delivery Lead - Digital at AGL Energy since February 2018. Prior to this role, Vishal worked at the Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning, focusing on incident, change, and problem management, where responsibilities included managing application support and serving as an escalation point for service failures.
