Ole Magne Johnsen

Ole Magne Johnsen has over 30 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Ole Magne is currently the Chief Digital Innovation Officer at Skagerak Energi, where they focus on developing methods and enhancing process and product innovation through digitalization. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Innovation Officer and Director of Group Development at Skagerak Energi, where they played a key role in developing the company's strategy and organization.

Before joining Skagerak Energi, Ole Magne held positions such as the Head of Digitalization at Skagerak Nett AS, the Business Architect at Entur AS, and the Business Architect at NSB Persontog. In these roles, they were responsible for implementing innovative methods, tools, and principles to support decision-making, prioritize tasks, and deliver efficient results.

Additionally, Ole Magne has experience in project management and IT leadership. Ole Magne worked as a Project Manager and IT Manager at Pasientreiser HF, where they established an organization for managing national health registries and implemented various IT solutions. In their earlier career, Ole Magne worked as a Project Manager and IT Manager at Edda Media, leading the implementation of new IT systems for newspaper planning, advertising, and financial management. Ole Magne also served as an IT Manager for Varden, overseeing the redesign and modernization of the IT portfolio.

Ole Magne's career began at Norsk Hydro, where they held roles as an Avdelingsingeniør and Svakstrømsmontør. During their time at Hydro, they focused on collaboration, relationship-building, and software development for various internal and external stakeholders.

Ole Magne Johnsen pursued their education in a chronological order as follows. From 1993 to 2001, they attended the University of South-Eastern Norway, where they obtained a Master's degree in Process Automation with a focus on science. Continuing their academic journey, from 2014 to 2021, they pursued a Master's degree at the University of Oslo (UiO) in the field of Management and IT.
