Hayes Holzhauer

Hayes Holzhauer is an experienced professional in operations and manufacturing, currently serving as the Founder of Holzhauer Consulting LLC since June 2022 and as a Partner for the SheerKote Equipment Line at AGL Inc. since June 2023. Prior roles include EVP Operations and VP of Print Production at bluemedia from August 2013 to June 2022, as well as VP of Florida Operations and VP of Production at Olympus Group and bluemedia, respectively. Hayes Holzhauer's career began as VP of Manufacturing at Olympus Flag & Banner / Holzhauer Graphics from January 1999 to April 2010. Educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Production Operations Management from Lubar College of Business, attended from 1999 to 2002, and previous studies at Arizona State University and Nicolet High School.
