Anne Groenbjerg

Anne Groenbjerg has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Anne began their career at Maersk Line, where they held positions such as Trade Manager and Managing Director in different regions. During their time at Maersk Line, they were responsible for setting and executing business strategies, driving growth, and improving productivity. Anne also served as the Global Head of Corporate and Change Communication, where they developed communication strategies and led a team of communication professionals. After their tenure at Maersk Line, Anne joined GRUNDFOS as the Vice President of Solutions Marketing, where they were globally accountable for the company's portfolio of products and solutions for commercial buildings. Anne also served as the Senior Director of Business Development, where they set and executed the commercial strategy for a significant portion of Grundfos' turnover. Their work involved driving transformations in product offerings and implementing Agile principles. Prior to their roles at Maersk Line and GRUNDFOS, Anne worked at KPMG, where they held the position of Head of HR and Training. Anne implemented global training and HR policies in the Slovenia practice. Anne's experience also includes a role at Danfoss as a Supply Chain Analyst, where they designed inventory reports and implemented performance dashboards. Throughout their career, Anne has demonstrated strong leadership and strategic skills, driving growth and delivering results for the companies they have worked for.

Anne Groenbjerg completed the M&As and Corporate Strategy Programme at INSEAD in 2019. In 2011, they attended IMD for Value Selling training in International Business. From 1997 to 2004, they studied at Copenhagen Business School, where they earned a degree in HD(O) with a focus on leadership, communication, organizational theory, and psychology.
