Doug Maarschalk

Doug Maarschalk serves as the Director of AGLX Asia Pacific, a role held since June 2020. With a background in leadership and consultancy, Doug previously directed operations at Sunergeo from April 2015 until the company's merger with AGLX in October 2021, utilizing Complex Adaptive Systems and Self-Determination Theory in their work. Prior experience includes consulting for Double-O Consultants, managing partnerships at Software Education, and client relationship management at Tax Management New Zealand Ltd. Doug's earlier roles involved financial administration and communications, complemented by a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Otago and certifications in organizational coaching and investment.
