Courtney Lubbe

Courtney Lubbe is a seasoned athletic professional with extensive experience in sports management and administration. Currently serving as the Athletic Director at The Agnes Irwin School since July 2017, Lubbe previously held positions including Acting Director of Athletics and Wellness, as well as Assistant Division Head and Business Development and Operations Manager for Athletics and Wellness at the Convent of the Sacred Heart from August 2014 to June 2017. Earlier career roles include Operations Supervisor and Operations Associate at Tough Mudder LLC, and Assistant Lacrosse Coach at Columbia University. Lubbe holds a Master of Science in Sports Management from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania.
