Emily Rauch

Emily Rauch is an experienced nonprofit leader with a strong background in institutional advancement and annual giving. Currently serving as the Director of Annual Giving at The Agnes Irwin School since July 2021, Emily also holds the position of Director of Institutional Advancement and Director of Leadership Giving at Holy Child School at Rosemont since June 2018. Previously, Emily was the Director of Institutional Advancement at Sacred Heart Academy Bryn Mawr and spent over 14 years at Vanguard Charitable in various senior management roles, overseeing grant administration for over 45,000 grants annually. Emily's educational credentials include a BA in Environmental Studies from Denison University, multiple leadership certifications from Bryn Mawr College, and professional training in nonprofit executive leadership.
