Azel Thomas

Azel Thomas is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in technical leadership and system administration. Currently serving as the IT Technical Lead at Agnico Eagle Mines Limited since January 2021, Azel has utilized expertise gained from previous roles, including IT Specialist at Agnico Eagle Mines Limited and IT System Administrator at Lake Shore Gold from December 2016 to January 2021. Additional experience includes Level 2 Technician positions at Loosestring Designs Inc., Quatum Express, and Core Business Solutions Timmins, as well as a Resident Technician role at Staples from 2010 to September 2013. Azel holds an Associate's degree in Computer Engineering Technologies/Technicians from Niagara College, completed in 2010.
