Jonathan Gignac

Jonathan Gignac is a Mine Planning Engineer at Agnico Eagle Mines Limited, responsible for converting the life of mine (LOM) into mid and short-term objectives to monitor critical paths and milestones for mine development at Goldex. Previously, Jonathan held roles as a student in Mining and Mineral Engineering at Université Laval, and completed internships at Agnico Eagle Mines, Newmont Corporation, and Mine Canadian Malartic, gaining experience in geotechnical work, drill and blast operations, and mine engineering. Jonathan's educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Mining and Mineral Engineering from Université Laval and a DEC in Geological Technology from Cegep de Thetford.
