Justin Jim

Justin Jim, P.Eng., MBA, currently serves as the Underground Mine Superintendent at Agnico Eagle Mines Limited, a position held since January 2023, following the role of Underground Mine Assistant Superintendent. Prior to this, Justin accumulated over a decade of experience at Vale, where responsibilities included Superintendent, Operations Scheduler, Production Supervisor, and Mining Engineer, starting as a Mining Engineer in Training. Justin holds a Master of Business Administration from Laurentian University, completed in May 2018, a Bachelor of Engineering in Mining and Mineral Engineering from Dalhousie University, awarded in May 2012, and an Engineering Diploma from St. Francis Xavier University, earned in May 2009.
