Michael Long

Michael Long is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in data analysis and project implementation. Currently serving as a Senior HR Data and Project Implementation Specialist at Agnico Eagle Mines Limited since September 2019, Michael previously held various roles at Hatch from August 2002 to March 2019, including HR Operations Lead and HRIS Business Analyst. Michael's career began at Petro Canada as a Retail Recruitment Coordinator and included a position as a Human Resources Coordinator at JDS Uniphase. Michael holds an Honours B.A. in Industrial Relations, English, and History from the University of Toronto Mississauga and a Human Resources Management Postgraduate Certificate from Humber College, achieved with Honours.
