Nazlin Panjawani

Nazlin Panjawani serves as the Global Lead for HR Transformation at Agnico Eagle Mines Limited since December 2022, focusing on HR business process re-engineering and transformation. Additionally, Nazlin established Iqnoor, Inc. in March 2022. Prior roles include Director of HR Strategy & PMO at Stralynn Consulting Services, where responsibilities encompassed serving as the Global HR Head and providing executive HR advisory to clients. Previous positions include Site HR Leader at Amdocs, Lead Program Manager for Learning & Transformation at Honda of Canada Manufacturing, and various HR roles at Cummins Inc. and other organizations. Nazlin holds certificates in HR Management & Analytics from The Wharton School and Organization Analysis from Stanford University, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and an Associate's degree in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering.
