Yathish Karkera

Yathish Karkera is a Junior Manager in Flight Structures at AgniKul Cosmos since July 2023. Previously, Yathish served as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at Centum Electronics Ltd. from July 2022 to June 2023, focusing on the design and development of a nano-satellite bus structure for a 6U CubeSat framework. Yathish has also worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology from February 2022 to May 2022, where responsibilities included instructing and evaluating students on metrology experiments. Additionally, Yathish gained early industry experience as an intern at Trident Infosol Pvt Ltd in June 2019, where the focus was on designing and fabricating low-cost landing gear for radio-controlled planes. Yathish holds a Master of Technology in Structures and Design, Aerospace Engineering from the Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology and a Bachelor of Engineering in Aeronautical Engineering from Nitte Meenakshi Institute of Technology.
