Gowri Shankar Devaraju

Gowri Shankar Devaraju currently serves as Associate Director - Projects at AgnoShin Technologies, having joined the company in July 2021. Prior to this, Gowri was the Head of MEA Technical Delivery at TeleApps from November 2012 to April 2021, overseeing technical delivery across the Middle East and Africa, and developing strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing service excellence. With extensive technical expertise in areas such as Unified Communications, Contact Center Solutions, and System Integration, Gowri has successfully managed complete project deliveries for prestigious clients, including major companies globally. Experience also includes roles at Huawei Technologies India as a Sr. Technical Engineer and at Protocol Systems as a Sr. Voice Engineer, focusing on the implementation of complex UC and CC projects. Educational qualifications include an MS in Software Systems from Birla Institute of Technology & Science, Pilani, and a BE in Electronics and Communication from Anna University Chennai.
