Lam Vu

Lam Vu serves as the Country Director for Vietnam and Indochina at Agoda since January 2019, overseeing managerial teams and driving performance across the region. Previously, Lam held several key positions at Lazada Group, including Chief Customer Officer and Chief Experience Officer, where responsibilities encompassed strategic management of customer service and experience initiatives, significantly enhancing client relationships. Earlier career highlights include founding Future Star Education Investment, managing loyalty programs at Holcim, and contributing to business strategy at McKinsey & Company. Lam's educational background includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Wesleyan University and experience with the United Nations Volunteers program.
