Lintang Rizkirana is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with diverse experience across several organizations. Lintang currently serves as an Associate Talent Acquisition Partner for Commercial Roles at Agoda and has previously held positions such as Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist and Talent Acquisition Specialist at TDCX. Lintang also worked as an Executive Recruitment Consultant at JB HIRED in Bangkok, Thailand, and began a career in recruitment with roles at Lembaga Pengkajian dan Pengembangan Psikologi Terapan and AIESEC, where responsibilities included talent acquisition management and partnership development. Lintang holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universitas Airlangga, obtained between 2013 and 2018.
