Oren Ben Dor

Oren Ben Dor currently serves as the Global Head of Tax at Agoda, a position held since August 2025. Prior to this role, Oren held significant finance and tax leadership positions at KoBold Metals as Vice President of Finance & Tax and Vice President of Global Tax from June 2024 to May 2025, and at Microsoft from January 2018 to April 2024 as Tax Director and Senior Tax Counsel focused on International Tax Planning and M&A. Oren began the career at Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP and Fried Frank as a Tax Associate, eventually becoming a Senior Tax Manager at EY from September 2013 until January 2018. Oren's educational background includes an LL.B. in Law from Tel Aviv University and an LL.M. in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center.
