Paulette Fox

Paulette Fox is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the legal sector. As the Head of Legal for The Americas at Agoda since April 2018, Paulette oversees legal support encompassing commercial, regulatory, compliance, tax, litigation, and employment matters, while also providing counsel for the affiliate Rocket Travel. Previously, Paulette was the Founder and President of LifeIce and served as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at HSH Nordbank, where responsibilities included legal management and oversight of US operations. Paulette's earlier roles include Senior Associate at Wolf Haldenstein Adler Freeman & Herz LLP and Associate at Fensterstock & Partners LLP, focusing on securities and complex commercial litigation. Paulette holds a J.D. in Intellectual Property from Cardozo School of Law and a B.A. in Policy Studies from Syracuse University.
