Prakhar Jain

Prakhar Jain is a Senior Product Designer at Agoda since May 2023, previously serving as Lead Product Designer at MakeMyTrip from July 2019 to December 2022, where significant contributions included redesigning the Hotel details page for improved conversion, launching the GoStays campaign, and enhancing customer journey experiences. Before that, Prakhar worked as a Senior Product Designer within MakeMyTrip's flight vertical, focusing on customer support chatbot design and assistive booking experiences for less tech-savvy users. Early career experiences include UX design internships at Microsoft, contributing to Azure's network performance monitoring tool, and at Interaction One, developing designs for a smart task management app. Prakhar holds a Bachelor's degree in Design from the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati.
