Bac Huang

Bac Huang has had a diverse range of work experiences in the technical and marketing fields. Bac is currently working as a Technical Account Manager at Agora, where they are responsible for delivering real-time communication solutions to clients. In this role, they have successfully managed relationships with over 20 clients, contributing to a significant annual revenue for the company. Bac also collaborates closely with the R&D team to swiftly resolve technical issues, improving customer satisfaction and retention.

Prior to their current role, Bac co-founded Boldbright Studio in 2016, where they worked as a Developer. Bac also had a role as a Technical Expert at Focalcrest, where they provided specialized technical guidance to B2B clients, focusing on IoT solutions and app development. Bac led the development of Android apps and websites to showcase new products at industry tradeshows and oversaw the developer community page, creating numerous technical documents and videos.

Additionally, Bac worked as a Marketing Photographer at the University of Florida, where they gained experience in marketing and advertising.

Bac Huang completed their education at the University of Florida, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from 2011 to 2016. Additionally, during the same period, they pursued a minor in Sales Engineering at the same institution. Bac Huang furthered their professional development by obtaining certifications, such as the Six Sigma Green Belt from the Institute of Industrial and Systems Engineers in January 2016 and the Learning Arduino: Foundations from LinkedIn in January 2020.
