Florencia Jeifetz is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product design, innovation, and community development across various sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Product Design & Development and the Director of Innovation at Agora Partnerships since November 2022, Florencia previously worked as a Future of Work & Design Thinking Trainer at Future Innovative Minds and as an Innovation Consultant independently. Notably, as the Startups Portfolio & Partnerships Director at Unicorn Hunters, Florencia played a key role in scouting and showcasing high-potential startups to prominent tech investors. With a strong focus on women’s inclusion in digital labor markets, Florencia has held leadership positions at SheWorks! and the Gobierno de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires, where responsibilities spanned from educational product management to strengthening local entrepreneurial ecosystems. Florencia's educational background includes a Post Graduate Certificate in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Stanford University and various other degrees related to social research methodologies and entrepreneurship policy design.
