Matt Scallions is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience in product development and design leadership. Currently serving as the Director of Design and Product Development at Bassett Furniture Industries, Inc. since October 2018, Matt previously held key roles at Summer Classics, including Assistant Vice President of Design and as an Industrial Designer. Additional experience includes an internship at Sky Design focusing on signage and environmental graphics, a counselor position at Victory Ranch, and an internship at LRK Architects where Matt contributed to project deadlines and model building. Matt earned a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design from Auburn University, completing studies in 2012.
