Kathy Zaravinos-Tsiolis

Kathy Zaravinos-Tsiolis serves as Corporate Counsel for AGORACOM Small Cap Marketing since April 2009, overseeing compliance and regulatory matters. As Company Owner of Katerina Homes since January 2001, Kathy specializes in turnkey furnished custom and resale model homes, managing the entire process from property acquisition to design and decor. Previously, Kathy worked as in-house legal support at IAMGOLD Corporation from February 1996 to December 1999, aiding senior counsel in corporate governance and regulatory compliance. Kathy holds a Juris Doctor from Michigan State University College of Law (1992-1995) and a Bachelor of Arts in Classics and Sociology from the University of Toronto - University College (1987-1991).
