Hilary L. has a long and varied work experience. Hilary began their career in 1999 as a Senior Researcher at Broadcom Eireann Research. In 2002, they moved to the Commission for Communications Regulation as a Number Plan Admin, managing the day-to-day allocation of telephone numbers and maintaining numbering databases. In 2004, they joined GARMIN (EUROPE) LIMITED as an Eastern Europe Sales Manager, performing ongoing market/competitive analysis and travelling extensively. Hilary then moved to the UK Sales & Marketing Assistant role and then the Product Support Associate role. In 2012, Hilary L. started their own business, www.hookedbyhilary.com, as a Crochet Instructor. In 2015, they became the Owner/Operator of the Afterschool Club @ CETNS. In 2019, Hilary L. joined Agorapulse as a Customer Support Ops Manager, Customer Support Manager EU/EN, and Customer Support Hero. Hilary also joined Support Driven as a Member.

Hilary L. obtained a BSc in Computer Systems from the University of Limerick between 1995 and 1999. Hilary also holds certifications from Intercom, Social Media Manager School, and Agorapulse which they obtained in October 2022, September 2021, and October 2020, respectively.
