Galina Kaplan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and finance within the real estate sector. Currently serving as the Director Of Business Development at Agora since June 2021, Galina plays a key role in enhancing the company's investment management platform, focusing on lead generation through proactive outreach and networking. Prior to this position, Galina worked as an Independent Consultant raising equity for real estate investments and served as Business Development and Acquisition Director at Cogress and Hagshama Fund, where notable achievements included direct investments exceeding $500 million in over 300 global real estate projects. Galina began career endeavors as a Financial Analyst at Keren Hagshama and Brack Capital Real Estate, specializing in negotiations with financial institutions. Galina holds a BA in Economics and Management from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
