Matthew O'Donnell has a diverse range of work experience spanning various roles and industries. Matthew started their career as a Teachers Assistant at Boston Public Schools, where they assisted teachers in developing specialized learning plans for students. Matthew then worked as a Research Assistant at Harvard Medical School, focusing on chronobiology and sleep patterns.

Moving into the corporate world, O'Donnell joined MRAC, LLC as a Research Assistant intern, before transitioning to Vecna Robotics as a Technical Recruiting Manager. At Vecna Robotics, they played a key role in developing a new interview process and onboarding program while recruiting for various engineering and managerial positions.

Following this, O'Donnell joined Dentsu Aegis Network as a Business Recruiting Manager, responsible for sourcing and vetting candidates for unique roles across multiple media agencies. Matthew then joined Accenture as the NY People Lead for ?What If! Innovation, overseeing talent management in the New York office.

O'Donnell continued their HR career at Sundae, where they started as a People Operations Manager and quickly progressed to become a People Business Partner and then Senior Manager of People Operations. In these roles, they played a crucial part in building and leading a team overseeing the employee lifecycle and implementing innovative solutions to enhance the employee experience.

Most recently, O'Donnell joined Agoric as the Human Resources Director. In this role, they are responsible for developing and implementing HR programs across performance management, talent planning/recruitment, employee engagement, benefits/payroll/reward, and leadership development.

Throughout their career, O'Donnell has demonstrated a strong ability to develop effective organizational structures, build high-performing teams, and provide strategic business partnership. Matthew has also excelled in data analysis and reporting, employee engagement, and talent assessment.

Matthew O'Donnell completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Northeastern University from 2006-2011. Matthew then pursued a Master of Arts degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from William James College from 2011-2012.
