Thomas Donatelli

Tommy was afforded the unique opportunity to experience the inner workings of a large family-run Construction Company at an early age. He worked on large projects during the summer while still in school, and spent nights estimating. During his youth, priceless knowledge and trade secrets were passed on from one generation to the next.

He started as a junior project estimator with the Agostini family and rose through the ranks to become an Executive Project Manager running several large multimillion-dollar projects simultaneously. Ten years later, Tommy branched out to the Mid-Atlantic States. He spent six years as a Preconstruction Manager handling a wide range of projects. In 2012, he returned to Rhode and happily rejoined the Agostini family to lead the Preconstruction department. His extensive field experience along with his diverse knowledge of project documents and job logistics, has created the qualities required to lead the Preconstruction Department into the future.

Tommy’s passion for overachieving also runs deep into his personal life and is the example he sets for not only his family and friends, but clients and associates alike. When the work day is over, Tommy enjoys quality time with his grown children and grandchildren. He grew up on Narragansett Bay and has a passion for both boating and fishing as well as enjoying the natural beauty of the state's greatest treasures.
