Over the last 15 years, this consultative approach has stood out by guiding the clients to reach their strategic goals.

Javier leads the Client Success Division that encompasses Account Management, Digital Marketing, WFM, and Contact Center Support Team to provide first-class service to ensure overall success for the client partners.
