Ray Speicher

Ray Speicher has over 30 years of sales and management experience. Ray started their career at Hallmark Cards in 1988, where they held various sales positions and was responsible for building, analyzing, and implementing successful category management plans. Ray's key customers at Hallmark Cards included Giant Eagle and Rite Aid. In 2003, Ray joined AGR International Inc as a Regional Sales Director. In this role, they reported to the COO and worked closely with internal resources across different business units. Ray managed brand and container manufacturers to ensure quality specifications were met and focused on business development to grow the company annually.

Ray Speicher attended PennWest Clarion from 1979 to 1983, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
