Sorina Ilie

Sorina Ilie is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and compliance, currently serving as the Head of Legal Department at Agrana Romania since August 2009. In this role, Sorina coordinates the legal department’s activities, ensuring compliance with legislation and company bylaws, while providing legal counsel on various aspects including contracts, labor relations, and training. Prior to this, Sorina held positions as Litigation Manager and Senior Legal Advisor, and possesses a Bachelor's Degree in Law from the University of Bucharest and a Master's Degree in Management from Academia de Studii Economice din București.
