Victor Prasad Horo

Victor Prasad Horo is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in human resources leadership across various industries. As the GM - HRBP at Agratas since December 2023, Victor is contributing to a global battery business within the Tata Group. Prior to this role, Victor served as the Head of People Success at Reach, focusing on people strategy and execution. Additional significant experience includes heading the HR functions at Titan and Radix, managing HR strategies at Philips, and leading HR operations at GE. Victor’s educational background includes a PMIR in HR from XLRI Jamshedpur, an M.Sc. in Mathematics from Jadavpur University, and a B.Sc. in Mathematics from St. Xavier's College, Kolkata.
