Andrea Sala

Andrea Sala's work experience includes a variety of roles in different companies.

From 2021, they have been working as the Deputy COO Europe at Agrati Group.

Prior to that, they worked at CVB - Agrati Group from 2016 to 2021, starting as General Manager and later becoming the CEO. In this role, they were responsible for safety, quality, service level, economic performance, and leading business plan creation and deployment.

Before that, from 2011 to 2016, they worked at Agrati Group as the Quality Director, where they were responsible for Group Quality and the implementation of quality tools and practices.

Andrea also has experience working at Magneti Marelli S.p.A. - Electronic Systems and Powertrain, where they held roles such as Quality System Responsible and Plant Manager.

Prior to that, they worked at Magneti Marelli Powertrain in various roles, including On-going Products Quality Manager and Operative Quality Manager.

Before joining Magneti Marelli, they worked at Robert Bosch as the Endurance Test Responsible for High Pressure Pump Common Rail.

Andrea Sala completed the PSM - Programma di Sviluppo Manageriale from SDA Bocconi in 2015-2016. Andrea obtained a Master's degree in scuola mattei from MATTEI in 1997-1998. Additionally, they graduated with a degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Politecnico di Milano in 1989-1996, and a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid in 1991-1993. Currently, they are pursuing a field of study in Direzione generale e successo dell'impresa at SDA Bocconi, starting in 2019.
