Matteo Pozzoli is an experienced professional in operational excellence and lean manufacturing, currently serving as the Group Operational Excellence Manager at Agrati Group since July 2017. Previously employed at Hilti Italia S.p.a. from March 2012 to May 2017, Matteo held various positions including Operational Excellence & Lean Manager, where leadership of the South-East Europe Hilti’s E4 Warehouse Operational excellence team was key, along with managing supplier relationships and monitoring logistics KPIs. Additional roles at Hilti included Warehouse and Distribution Specialist, focusing on carrier network performance and warehouse process optimization through lean tools, and an internship in Warehouse Controlling, where a thesis on warehouse flow management was completed. Educational qualifications include an Engineer's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Politecnico di Milano and a high school diploma from Liceo Scientifico Marie Curie.
