Stephen Breslin

Stephen Joined ADC December of 2021, as Deputy Chief Accounting Officer. Stephen is responsible for the company’s accounting and reporting functions.

Prior to joining ADC Stephen served as the Vice President and Corporate Controller of Kite Realty Group Trust, one of the largest publicly traded owners and operators of open-air shopping centers and mixed-use assets. He joined Kite in 2015 as Assistant Controller and also held the role of Director, Assistant Corporate Controller. Previously, Stephen worked for KPMG for over seven years and held multiple roles.

Stephen earned both a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Masters of Business Administration from The Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. Stephen is a Certified Public Accountant.
