VP, Customer Success at Agreement Express

Carmen Ballard is the current Vice President of Customer Success at Agreement Express. Carmen has a long history of working in customer service and business analysis. Carmen began their career as an account manager at Brenntag Canada. Carmen then transitioned into working as a business analyst at Vancouver Coastal Health where they created a robust business case that saved the company $1.2 million. After their time at Vancouver Coastal Health, Carmen became a Graduate Teaching Assistant at UBC Sauder School of Business where they taught various undergraduate business courses and facilitated class exercises incorporating team management and business strategy. In their current role as VP of Customer Success, Carmen is responsible for managing customer success teams and developing strategies to improve customer satisfaction.

Carmen Ballard holds a BA from Columbia University in the City of New York in International Political Science, and an MBA from UBC Sauder School of Business in Strategy & Consulting. Carmen is currently a Masters Candidate at Georgetown University in International Politics.
