Aaron Porter

Aaron Porter possesses extensive experience in IT security and cybersecurity risk management. Currently serving as the Director of IT Security at AgReliant Genetics, LLC, since August 2024, Aaron previously held several key positions at OneMain Financial, including Associate Director of Cybersecurity Risk and Controls, where oversight of a team of seven and coordination of a significant annual SOC 2 audit were key responsibilities. Aaron has a strong background in establishing cybersecurity programs, managing third-party risk, and leading security awareness initiatives. With educational credentials including a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Southern Indiana and dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in History and Classical Civilizations from Indiana University Bloomington, Aaron combines technical expertise with a well-rounded academic foundation.
