Danielle J.

Danielle J. has a diverse range of work experience in the field of Human Resources and Organizational Development. Danielle started their career in 2005 as a Human Resource Manager at La-Z-Boy Incorporated. Danielle then moved on to Owens-Illinois in 2010, where they served as a Senior HR Business Partner. In 2012, they joined LafargeHolcim as a Manager of Human Resources and Organizational Development. Most recently, Danielle has been working at AgReliant Genetics, LLC since 2016, where they have held roles as an HR Partner and Organization Development Manager, and currently serves as the Director of Talent Development.

Danielle J. holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Administration Services from The University of Toledo. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications including SHRM-CP from SHRM in 2015, Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) from HR Certification Institute - HRCI in 2000, and certifications in Predictive Index, Situational Leadership, Talent View of Performance, and Targeted Selection from various institutions.
