Erica Tate

Erica Tate, MBA, currently serves as a Payroll Specialist and HR/Executive Administrative Assistant at AgReserves, Inc., where responsibilities include supporting the HR team across various functions, overseeing the AgReserves Scholarship Program, and ensuring compliance with state and federal laws. Previous experience includes roles as a Presenter for White Elegance, providing product knowledge during events; Technical Support at Ancestry, assisting customers with software issues; and an Anthropology Teaching Assistant at Brigham Young University, leading classes on anthropology. Additional positions include Archaeology Technician for the United States Forest Service, General Book Returns Clerk at BYU Bookstore, and several teaching and volunteer roles in education and community service.
