Joel Castro Jr.

Joel Castro Jr., CPA, currently serves in a strategic and business development role at AgReserves, Inc. since January 2022. Prior to this position, Joel held the title of Director of TV & Streaming Business Development at NBCUniversal Media, LLC from June 2021 to January 2022, and served as Senior Manager of Strategy and Business Development at NBC Sports Group from January 2018 to June 2021. Joel's career includes earlier roles as Manager of Business Development at Purdue Pharma L.P., and in Business Development/M&A at Xerox. Joel's experience also encompasses a significant tenure at PwC, where responsibilities included Senior Associate and Assurance Associate in Financial Services, as well as internships during 2010 and 2011. Joel began academic contributions as a Teaching Assistant in Advanced Financial Management and Personal Financial Planning at Brigham Young University while pursuing a Master’s degree in Accounting, which was completed in 2012.
