Paul Allen

Paul Allen has a diverse work experience in various roles related to corporate compliance and tax. Paul started their career as a Tax Senior at Arthur Andersen & Co in 1984 and then worked as a Controller/CFO/Tax at WesTech Engineering from 1988 to 1989. Paul later held the position of VP- Tax and Compliance at FranklinCovey, Inc. from 1989 to 2003. Following that, they were the Director of Tax at AgReserves, Inc. from 2003 to 2005 and then served as the Director of Taxation at 1-800 CONTACTS, INC from 2005 to 2007. Paul then joined Novell as the Vice President of Corporate Tax from 2007 to 2011. Currently, they are working at AgReserves, Inc. where they held the roles of Assistant Vice President and Vice President of Corporate Compliance.

Paul Allen attended Logan High School from 1974 to 1977. After completing their high school education, they enrolled at Utah State University from 1980 to 1984. Paul pursued a Master of Accountancy (MAcc) degree at the university and focused on accounting and taxation as their field of study.
