Nicolas Meneses

Nicolas Meneses currently serves as the Vertical Lead for Agritech & FoodTech at MassChallenge, where responsibilities include leading the Sustainable Food Solutions Track and assessing the technical feasibility of startups, while facilitating connections between corporate partners and startups. Nicolas also holds a position on the advisory board of Fotortec, focusing on corporate partnerships and product development related to transforming vegetable waste into mushroom protein. Additionally, Nicolas operates as a self-employed business developer specializing in alternative proteins and has a significant background at Bühler Group, where leadership roles included Head of Technology and R&D Team Leader. Academic qualifications include a Ph.D. in Food Technology and Processing from Technische Universität Berlin, an Executive Education program at Cambridge Judge Business School, and a Micro-MBA from Bühler Management.
