Meg Lamont has over a decade of experience in training and quality management within the insurance industry, currently serving as the Operations Training & Quality Manager at Agria Pet Insurance since February 2013. Previously, Meg held several roles at Agria, including Operations Training Manager and Training And Quality Manager, as well as a position as Telephone Sales Representative. Prior to that, Meg gained retail experience as a Retail Assistant at Marks and Spencer from January 2009 to February 2013. Meg is also an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
